The second half creates focused development time
Children continue building physical skills through coached practice, developing confidence and independence.

Designed for fathers and children aged 7–12 who want structured time together through movement, challenge and physical development.
Suitable for a wide range of abilities. Sessions are adapted around the individual — focusing on effort, progression and participation rather than competition.

The first 30 minutes are shared father & child practice.
